Sid & Shannon Kemp Sid Kemp (President)

Sid is Chairman and President of Feeding God's Children. Along with his wife Shannon, he is one of the original founders. He has been a member of Two Rivers Church in Lenoir City, TN for eight years. He is the owner of Sid Kemp Construction, LLC.

Shannon Kemp (Vice President and Treasurer)

Shannon is Vice President and Treasurer of Feeding God's Children and, along with her husband, one of the original founders. She has been a member of Two Rivers Church in Lenoir City, TN for eight years. At Two Rivers she also serves as the area leader for the German prayer ministry. She is a partner in Sid Kemp Construction, LLC.

 

Dave Benner Dave Benner

Dave and his wife Darlene have been married for over 35 years. They have been active at Two Rivers Church since its inception in 1998. He served as one of the original elders before joining the staff in 2003, currently as the Pastor of Connections and Care. Prior to that, Dave was involved in starting and operating a small business. He previously served on staff at Fellowship Church in Knoxville as Church Administrator. His earlier career included work at Christian Academy of Knoxville and other Christian schools as teacher, coach, A.D., Dean of Students and Administrator.

 

Stephen Carpenter Stephen L. Carpenter (Secretary and Legal Counsel)

Stephen is an attorney in Knoxville, Tennessee and is the founder and Managing Member of Carpenter & Lewis PLLC, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of wills, trusts, tax law and small business transactional matters. Mr. Carpenter studied Business Management and Accounting at Asbury College (B.A. in liberal arts) and received his J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He also earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from William and Mary. Mr. Carpenter helps individuals and small business owners with estate planning and other legal needs. He has worked extensively with churches and other tax-exempt organizations. His firm takes a more client-oriented approach to practicing law and has an office in West Knoxville.

He serves in his local church and is a member of the Board of Directors of several religious and civic organizations. Stephen is married and he enjoys hiking, music, and relaxing, preferably in sight of a lake or ocean.

 

John Farinella John Farinella

John and his wife Donna have been married for 27 years and have 4 children. They have been active members at Two Rivers Church since 2004. John has been the COO/Executive Vice President of Edfinancial Services since 1993 when he moved to Knoxville from Harrisburg, PA. He is also the owner of Champion Daylilies.

John is also an active member of the community. He served as a member of the Chancellors Board at UTK from 2009-2011, is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and is a volunteer/sponsor for Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

When he has free time, John enjoys golfing, gardening, skiing and cooking with his family.

 

Stuart Row Stuart Row

Stuart and his wife Leslie are actively involved in a number of ministries at Two Rivers Church. They have two sons, Brandon and Ben, who also serve in ministry. Stuart has been in youth ministry for over twenty years and is currently leading a small group with High School guys. He also heads Reach Ministry which is connecting the students of 2RC to local charities. His heart and passion is to raise a new generation of believers to serve and help those in need. Stuart is a native of Farragut, TN where he owns and operates the family’s landscape and nursery business.

 

Fred and Betty Ann Rogacki Fred Rogacki

Fred Rogacki is the president and CEO of International Warehouse Services (IWS) which he and his wife started almost 30 years ago. IWS is a major international distribution company consisting of 300,000 square feet of warehouse space and currently employs 85 people. In 1999, he purchased F&F Fumigation which today fumigates all produce imported through Port Everglades, FL.

Fred is very active in community service and professional organizations, currently serving on the Port Everglades Association Board of Directors and the Advisory Board for Paradise Bank.

Betty Ann Rogacki

Betty Ann Rogacki is the Vice President of International Warehouse Services which she and her husband Fred started in 1984. She currently oversees operational and US Customs issues.

Betty Ann’s community service includes participation in the Port Everglades Association, the Port Everglades Propeller Club, and Broward Alliance. She has also been an active sponsor to Family Central and The Children’s Home Society. She currently serves as a board member for Seafarers’ House and Sheridan House Family Ministries.

Darlene Benner Darlene Benner (Administrative Assistant)

Darlene Benner is the part-time staff and Administrative Assistant for FGC. She oversees contributions, sponsorships, communications, and event coordination and serves as a liaison with ministry partners. She and her husband Dave are very involved at Two Rivers Church where, prior to joining FGC, she was on the Family Ministry Staff. Before that, she was VP of Operations for a local company providing outplacement and human resources services.
